Drop-in rate is $45/session*

We do not provide passes or plans this time.

We hope to accommodate approximately 45 athletes

attending a maximum of two sessions per week.

If sessions are full you can place your name on a wait list.

If there is a cancellation, you will be automatically enrolled

and notified by email if you are in that session.

If you are unable to attend please remove your name as soon as possible.

Late cancellations will be charged under certain circumstances.

PV Speed & Weight Training

$40/session

 

 

 

 

Led by Coach Steven Pust, this entails sprint mechanics with and without a pole, max velocity intervals which respect the limited distanceof actual pole vault approaches, and some plyometric work to enhance the reactive strength of the sprinter’s nervous system which is foundational to speed improvement.

It is ideal (not critical) to position lifting sessions as long after vault sessions as possible, rather than the day before.

That might mean vaulting on Wednesdays & Sundays for folks doing all of this.

 

* NCAA regulations restricts us from providing any kind of financial discounts or reduced admission privileges to any high school, preparatory school or two-year college athletes or UW recruits.

 

Note:  We are no longer an affiliated USATF Club.

USATF membership is mandatory ONLY if you decide

to enter and participate in any USATF Track Meet. 

You must sign up as unattached at this time.

90 minute vs 2 hr sessions:

90 min sessions: to maximize runway time we advise everyone to arrive

10 to 15 mins early to begin warming up and mobilizing.

Athletes may stay a bit after vaulting to exercise on bars, etc.
